thank you Kids Clothes Connection

Our VBS team found out this past Monday that the Orphanage we are going to in Leon, Nicaragua would like for us to bring clothes to the 33 kids there -ages 5 -15. It just so happened that 2 of our church members, Tommy and Debby Harper, were wrapping up their semi annual huge sale of kid's clothes (among toys, furniture, household items and an assortment of many things). They have a huge turnout each year at their Kid's Clothes Connection sales. When we contacted them to see if there were any kid's clothes left that could be donated for our trip, Debby said  they were praying that they could actually donate to a special mission this year and just was not sure who it would be :). They opened the doors just to us that night to pick out what we needed for the kids in Nicaragua. God's timing is always perfect!

What was extra special to our VBS team leaders while picking out the clothes was a boy's blue t-shirt that had little cartoon ANTS on the front! We can hardly wait to see a little boy in Nicaragua wear this one!
